Ingredients

  • brahmi leaves washed 1 cup
    tomato small 1 no.
    small onions 1/2 cup
    garlic 4-5
    redchilli 4-5
    cumin seeds 1 sp
    hing little
    turmeric 1/2 sp
    moong dal 1 cup
    ghee 3-4 sp
    mustard
    channa dal and urad dal each 1/2 sp

cook dal separately with small onions, garlic red chilli , cumin seeds ,hing and turmeric.

wash and cook the brahmi leaves in water

grind the cooked greens to a smooth paste
