Ingredients

  • wheat flour 1 cup
    ragi flour 1 cup
    onion thinly sliced 1 1/2 cup
    finely chopped green chilly 1 no.
    curry leaves few
    coriander leaf few
    salt to taste
    water 3 cups

take sliced onions,curry leaves,coriander and chopped green chilies mix together

now add salt and mix everything in hand roughly

now add 3 cups of water and make a fine batter without having any lumps

heat the dosa tava and spread the batter like that of a dosa and turn it both the sides in a medium flame, untill cooked
