Sweet & Sour Bitter Gourd Pickle


After about ten minutes, heat Oil in a Cheenachatti/Frying Pan and fry the Bitter Gourd (Pavakka) pieces in this hot Oil (before frying the Bitter Gourd pieces, squeeze them well and remove water fully). When colour of the Bitter Gourd pieces turns into Golden, take the pieces out from the Oil and keep them separately.
