Ingredients
  • All purpose flour(Maida) – 1tbsp
  • Corn flour – 2tbsp
  • Egg 1no
  • Red orange color – 1/2tsp
  • Oil for deep frying –
  • Potatoes(big) – 3nos
  • Tooth picks(Not plastic) –
For Marination:-
  • Boneless Chicken(1 inch pieces) – 250gm
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 2 tsp) –
  • Red chili powder – 2tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) – 1tbsp
  • garlic(chopped) – 1tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1tbsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1/2slice
  • China salt(Ajinomotto) – 1tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients given for marination and marinate it over night.
  2. Add maida, corn flour, red orange color and egg to it.
  3. :- Egg acts as coating to the chicken pieces.
  4. Peel the potatoes and slice them as chips, but little thicker.
  5. Take a slice, keep a chicken piece on it, fold the potato slice a bit and pierce them together using tooth pick.
  6. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  7. Deep fry the chicken pieces on a low flame in batches.
  8. :- Serve hot by adding some lemon juice on it to make it more tasty.
