Ingredients
  • Rice : 1 cup –
  • Urad dal : ½ cup –
  • Egg : 2 nos. –
  • Onion : 3 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Green Chilly : 2 nos –
Instructions
  1. Soak rice and urad dal for 5 to 6 hrs.
  2. Grind it using a mixer or grinder and add salt to it.
  3. Take the egg and add 2 green chilly and onion and a little salt to it.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Heat a pan add oil to it and when it gets hot pour the dosa batter to it and upon that pour egg batter about 1 table spoon.
  6. Then spread it well.
  7. Make the both sides cooked .
  8. Then transfer to the serving dish.
