  1. Soak the green gram over night.
  2. Make it into a thick, some what hard dough.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Heat oil in a frying bowl.
  5. Make medium sized Vadas with the dough and fry them until brown.
  6. Put them in water for about 5 mins and squeeze each to remove as much water as possible.
  7. :- Do not squeeze too hard to split them waste.
  8. Beat the curd into lussy and add the vadas to it. Keep aside.
  9. Take a frying pan, put ghee in it and add mustard seeds, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and splutter well.
  10. Add the above seasoning to the curd – vada bowl.
  11. Allow to become tender.
  12. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
