  1. Grind carrot and milk together.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except ghee.
  3. Keep on stirring till the apple & banana pieces are cooked and the halwa becomes one mass.
  4. Add ghee and cardamom powder.
  5. Remove from the stove top.
  6. Garnish with nuts of your choice.
