  1. Cut Achinga payaru into pieces.
  2. Take out the flesh part alone out of the drumsticks. 3)Put achinga payaru and drumstick flesh into a pan.
  3. Close the pan with a lid and allow it to cook in low fire.
  4. Remove the lid when done and saute dry in low flame.
