  1. Put rice, dals and red chillies in water around 1 hr.
  2. After 1 hr, grind this.
  3. :- Do not grind too much.
  4. Cut green chilli, onions, drumstick leaves and curry leaves into small pieces and add this into the batter.
  5. Add salt and mix well.
  6. Heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan or a kadai.
  7. Pour the dosa batter and cook both the sides, till it becomes golden brown color.
  8. :- It is a good snack as a whole and there is no need of any chutney too!!
