Instructions
  1. For preparing adzuki beans in coconutty flavor, mix gram flour with a little water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add the chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Then add a little water and mix the ingredients. Keep this spice paste aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the curry leaves and the cumin seeds.
  5. Add the spice paste and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes. Add a little water if required.
  6. Toss in the soaked adzuki beans. Cover and cook in low flame till the adzuki beans become tender.
  7. Pour in the coconut milk and lemon juice. Mix well.
  8. Adzuki beans in coconutty flavor is ready.
