  • Wheat flour 1cup
  • Ajwain(ratio of ajwain changeable depending upon taste, Ayamodagam) – 1/2tsp
  • Red chilly powder(optional) – 1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Water(As reqd) –
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  1. Add together all the ingredients except oil and knead into a dough.
  2. Make small puris and deep fry it.
  3. Ajwain puris are ready. Serve hot or cold. Remains for 4 to 5 days. Good for health too.
