Ingredients
  • spinach 1 cup –
  • cheese 3 cubes –
  • onions chopped 4 sp –
  • to powder –
  • Cinnamon: 1 –
  • clove 3 –
  • cardamom 1 –
  • pepper 1/2 sp –
  • mustard 1/2 sp –
  • Red chilli : 3 –
  • white pepper 1/2 sp –
  • flax seed 1sp –
  • almonds 5 – 6
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. take the things required to make a powder
  2. grind all to a powder and keep aside
  3. in a pan add cheese and spinach ,cook well and keep aside
  4. now separately whisk cream with eggs
  5. dip fish in it
  6. take it out and turn it out in the powder
  7. shallow fry both the sides
  8. plate the fish and spread cheesed spinach on top of it and serve with some chopped onions
