  • Potatoes – 2nos
  • Chaat masala – 1tsp
  • Mango powder 1tsp
  • Chilly flakes – 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing aloo fry, first cut potatoes in length.
  2. Half cook the potatoes with salt.
  3. Mix together chilly flakes, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander leaves, chilly flakes and salt.
  4. Toss them well in a bowl. Stir in cooked potatoes and mix well.
  5. Drizzle little oil and bake them in oven.
  6. Or fry it in oil. Aloo fry is ready.
