Instructions
  1. For preparing aloo mutter recipe, first scrape off the outer brown skin of the potatoes, wash them and slice in cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, tomatoes, kashmiri chilly powder, coriander powder, green chillies and turmeric powder. Fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add potato pieces, green peas and stir well. Fry for 5 more minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup boiled water to the aloo mutter mix and cover with a lid. Cook well in medium heat until water is absorbed and done.
  5. Aloo mutter recipe is done. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  6. Serve aloo mutter recipe with naan, chappathy etc.
