Add 1 egg at a time to the butter sugar mixture and keep beating till all eggs are used up.
Add the flour mixture to the above mixture and fold in with a wooden spoon or spatula.
:- Do not use a beater or a mixer here as the chocolate in the flour will melt due to excessive beating.
Fill in this cake mixture in paper bags and pipe into greased muffin trays.
Bake at 180C in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 mins.
:- To check if the muffin is cooked, insert a toothpick through the centre of the muffin and if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
:- Also the cake will give a very nice aroma and will look nice and brown on top.
:- In case of non availability of muffin tray, it can baked in small katories or baked in a huge cake tray and cut into pieces and served.
:- You may also used ready to use Chocolcate chips instead of the chocolate bars.
