Instructions
  1. For preparing Arabian samosas, in a big bowl knead in maida, salt and olive oil with required water to make a stiff dough.
  2. Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a vessel and sautT in the onions till it becomes transparent.
  4. Add in the beef mince, all spices, pepper powder, cumin seeds, ajinomoto and salt. Allow the meat to cook in a pressure cooker.
  5. Then remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
  6. Make lemon sized balls out of the dough and roll it into small thin circles.
  7. Put a spoon full of the beef mixture in the middle and fold it into triangle shape.
  8. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough and beef mixture.
  9. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the beef samosas till they become golden brown in colour.
  10. Arabian samosas are ready. Serve hot with ketchup at tea time.
