Instructions
  1. For preparing arrowroot halwa, melt the jaggery in a vessel and strain it. Keep it aside.
  2. In a vessel, mix arrowroot powder with required water to make a lump free paste.
  3. Pour in the melted jaggery, ghee and cardamom powder. Mix it well.
  4. Heat the vessel on low flame till it starts leaving the sides . Remove it from the flame.
  5. Rub ghee in a plate and pour in the arrowroot mixture. Allow it to cool completely.
  6. Arrowroot halwa is ready. Cut and serve.
