  • Avocados(medium) – 10nos
  • Chicken stock – 1 1/2litres
  • Tortilla squares(As reqd, small) –
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing avocado soup, cut avocados into half, remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Mash the flesh until smooth.
  3. Blend avocado paste and 2 cups of chicken stock to a smooth puree.
  4. Place the remaining stock in a vessel. Add in pepper and salt to the puree.
  5. Heat it gently but do not allow it to boil.
  6. Avocado soup is ready. Serve immediately with tortilla squares.
