  • Spaghetti(broken into pieces) – 1/2cup
  • Capsicum 2strips
  • Carrot(grated) – 1no
  • Spring onions(chopped) – 1spring
  • Green olives(chopped) – 2nos
  • Tomato puree – 1tbsp
  • Oyster sauce – 1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) –
  • Cheese(grated) –
  • Water 1 1/2cups
  • Salt(If reqd) –
  1. For preparing backed capsicum spaghetti, heat a little oil in a pan and fry the capsicum till it becomes a bit brown. Keep it aside.
  2. In a baking dish toss in the green olives, tomato puree, oyster sauce, carrot, pepper powder, spring onions, spaghetti and water. Mix it well.
  3. Bake it for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove it from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top of it.
  5. Baked capsicum spaghetti is ready.
