  • Bananas(peeled and chopped in slices) - 3 nos
  • Dates(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Black grapes - 1/2 cup
  • Green apple`s(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Orange juice - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar(powdered) - 1 tsp
  • Custard powder - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
  • Butter(As reqd) -
  • Flaked almonds(roasted) - 1/2 cup
  • Ground nuts(roasted) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing baked fruit pudding, take custard powder in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, fresh cream and orange juice. Mix well to avoid lumps. Keep it aside.
  2. Grease a baking tray with a little butter.
  3. Layer the baking tray with chopped banana`s, dates, black grapes and apple`s.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the fruits.
  5. Spread flaked almonds and groundnuts over it.
  6. Bake it in an oven mark 130, till it is cooked.
  7. Once it is cooked remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate the pudding.
  9. Baked fruit pudding is ready. Serve cold with jam.
