Instructions
  1. For preparing baked mutton leg, make deep cuts on the mutton leg. Keep it aside.
  2. Take a bowl, add in chilly powder, garlic, ginger, garam masala, pepper powder, lime juice, curd, saffron and salt. Mix it well and marinate the mutton leg over night(6 to 7 hours).
  3. Grind raisins, almonds and grated coconut with a little water to a fine paste.
  4. Apply this paste and a little butter on the mutton.
  5. Bake it in the oven at 190 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.
  6. Baked mutton leg is ready. Serve for parties or family get together.
