  • Pasta - 1 1/2 cup
  • Spinach leaves(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • pizza sauce - 5 tbsp
  • Tomatoes(finely cubed) - 2 nos
  • Cream cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese(shredded) - 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing baked mutton pasta, cook the pasta along with spinach and boiling water. Drain and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the cooked mutton and tomatoes. Allow it to boil on low flame.
  3. Meanwhile stir in the cream cheese.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, pizza sauce and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese to the mutton mixture.
  5. Then add this mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Bake it without the lid at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake it till the cheese melts. Baked mutton pasta is ready.
