Mixed vegetables in cheesy white sauce

Ingredients
  • Cauliflower(chopped, small pieces) – 1bowl
  • American corn – 1bowl
  • Capsicum(size of corn, chopped) – 1bowl
  • Carrots(chopped) – 1bowl
  • Broccoli – 1bowl
  • Garlic pods(chopped) – 5
  • Salt
  • Black pepper –
  • Paprika –
  • olive oil 1tbsp
  • Salted butter – 1 1/2tbsp
  • Maida flour – 1tbsp
  • Milk 1 1/2cup
  • Cheese – 4tbsp
  • Cheeslings(biscuits) – 1/2bowl
Instructions
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil.
  2. Put chopped garlic and sautT till garlic is slightly golden in color.
  3. Put all the vegetables, black pepper, salt, paprika and let it cook.
  4. In a pan, heat butter.
  5. Put flour and roast for 1 minute.
  6. Warm milk and add it to the flour while stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed.
  7. :- More milk can be added to adjust thickness of the sauce according to your test.
  8. Once it is ready, remove the pan from heat.
  9. Add salt, half the cheese and mix well.
  10. Mix vegetable mixture in the white sauce.
  11. Put the mixture in a baking dish.
  12. Top it with balance cheese and cheeslings.
  13. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes or till the top is golden brown.
  14. :- Serve hot with garlic bread or pasta.
