  • Banana(cut into small pieces) – 2nos
  • Egg 1no
  • Coconut(grated) – 1cup
  • Sugar 3tbsp
  • Cardamon powder(Elakka) – 1/2tsp
  • Ghee 2tbsp
  • Cashew nuts(As reqd) –
  1. Take a pan and pour ghee. Add banana pieces and saute.
  2. Keep stirring until golden yellow in color.
  3. Now add the egg and blend it nicely with banana pieces.
  4. When egg is cooked, add grated coconut and sugar and stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cashew nuts and cardamon powder. Turn off the fire.
  6. Serve hot.
