  1. Cut the brinjals into 1/4″ round pieces.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients and make a paste by adding a little bit of water.
  3. Coat the brinjal pieces with the paste and marinate for 1/2 hour.
  4. Heat up a tava.
  5. Place the marinated brinjal pieces on it.
  6. Add a little oil on the sides of the brinjal pieces.
  7. Cover and cook turning them from side to side for 2 – 3 mins, till they become tender.
  8. :- Serve as a side dish.
