Ingredients
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) – 2cups
  • Semolina(Sooji/Rava) – 3/4cup
  • Curd – 3tbsp
  • Ghee 3tsp
  • Soda powder – 1/2tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Water(As reqd) –
  • Oil for frying –
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients one by one and knead into dough.
  2. Keep it aside for 1 – 2 hrs.
  3. Make big balls off the above dough.
  4. Roll them out into slightly big & thick rounds.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Fry well in oil.
  7. :- Serve hot with chana masala.
