  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds/rye. When it crackles add the whole jeera/cumin seeds and fennel seeds/saunf.2)Add the curry leaves and green chilies.
  2. Add chopped carrots and french beans, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Add a cup water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. When the vegetables are cooked, add grated coconut and mix well.
  5. Serve it with rice.
