Instructions
  1. For preparing beans with carrot and soya chunks, first cook the soya bean chunks in salt water. Allow it to cool and squeeze the water out.
  2. Cut the cooked soya bean chunks into cubes and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  4. Add in the curry leaves, dry red flaked chillies, garlic and onions. Saute it till the onion becomes transparent.
  5. Now add in the carrot, beans, soya chunks, chilly powder, tomato puree, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.
  6. Mix it well with a little water and allow it to cook.
  7. Beans with carrot and soya chunks is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
