Instructions
  1. For preparing beaten rice ladoo, grind the beaten rice to a fine powder.
  2. Add in the grated coconut, cardamom and sugar. Grind it again to a fine powder. Put this in a bowl.
  3. Heat ghee in a vessel and roast the raisins. Remove it and put it in the above powder. 4)In the same oil, roast the cashew nuts till it becomes light brown, remove it and add it to the above powder.
  4. Pour in the remaining ghee and mix it together well.
  5. Make lemon size balls out of the mixture wetting your hands a bit.
  6. Beaten rice ladoo¦s are ready.
