Instructions
  1. For preparing beef balls, grind the beef with salt.
  2. In a bowl mix in, ground beef, garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, onion, oregano, parsley, garam masala, pepper powder and eggs. Combine all well.
  3. Make small lemon sized balls out of the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meat balls for 10 minutes till it becomes brown in colour on low flame.
  5. Beef balls are ready. Serve hot.
