Instructions
  1. For preparing beef balls in tomato gravy, grind the beef with salt.
  2. In a bowl mix in, ground beef, garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, onion, oregano, parsley, garam masala, pepper powder and eggs. Combine all well.
  3. Make small lemon sized balls out of the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meat balls for 10 minutes till it becomes brown in colour on low flame. Keep it aside.
  5. In another vessel, heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.
  6. Add in the onion and sautT it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Toss in the tomatoes, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  8. Pour in the water and allow it to cook on slow flame till the gravy becomes a bit thick.
  9. Add in the fried beef balls and coriander leaves. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Beef balls in tomato gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
