Instructions
  1. For preparing beef cake, cook the beef in a pressure cooker with turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and required water. Allow it to cook and drain the water.
  2. Grind the beef and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.
  4. Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, salt and green chillies. SautT for 1 minute on low flame.
  5. Add in the pepper powder, ground beef, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame with the lid on for 2 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
  6. Beat the 10 eggs in a bowl and toss in the beef masala. Mix it well.
  7. Heat oil in a non stick vessel on low flame.
  8. Pour the egg mixture in it and close the lid. Allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
  9. Beef cake is ready. Turn it over on a plate and serve immediately.
