Instructions
  1. For preparing beef green gravy, cut beef into small pieces and clean it.
  2. Marinate the beef with turmeric powder, 2 tsp pepper powder, salt and lime juice. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  3. Blanch the spinach leaves and leave to cool.
  4. Fry the beef till it becomes crispy and keep it aside.
  5. Grind the blanched spinach, coriander leaves and mint leaves into a smooth paste
  6. Take about 2 tbsp oil from the oil used for frying and pour into another pan.
  7. Saute onions, ginger, garlic and green chilies till it becomes light brown.
  8. Add chilly powder, coriander powder and 1 tsp of garam masala.
  9. Then pour the leaves paste, required water and potatoes into this pan.
  10. Once the potatoes are cooked add the fried beef. Allow it to boil for some time.
  11. Then add fresh cream and stir. Lower the flame(don¦t let it boil).
  12. Garnish by sprinkling pepper powder and garam masala powder.
  13. Beef green gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice, bread, paratha etc.
