Instructions
  1. For preparing beef in green peas gravy, grind onion, garlic and ginger to a smooth paste.
  2. Marinate the beef pieces with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of onion paste.
  3. Fry the beef pieces in oil till golden brown.
  4. Take a pressure cooker and heat oil. Fry the balance onion paste for some time.
  5. Add turmeric powder, tomato puree, chilly powder and garam masala. Fry well.
  6. Put in the green peas, potatoes, water and salt. Allow it to cook till done.
  7. Remove the pressure cooker lid and add in the fried beef pieces. Allow it to boil for some time.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
  9. Beef in green peas gravy is ready, Serve hot with chapatti.
