  • Boneless beef(chopped, tender) - 1/2 kg
  • Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 3 nos
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing beef in potato bed, marinate beef in a mixture of chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and keep over night.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the beef on low heat till light brown in colour.
  3. Pressure cook the potatoes with salt and water.
  4. Drain the water and mash the potatoes with the back of the fork.
  5. Spread the mashed potato on a plate and sprinkle pepper powder.
  6. On top of the potato bed spread the fried beef.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  8. Beef in potato bed is ready. Serve hot.
