Instructions
  1. For preparing beef in salad leaves, roast the pine nuts and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the beef until done in medium flame.
  3. Add in water chestnuts, pine nuts and chives. Allow it to cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Mix well for 2 minutes and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool.
  5. Spread the salad leaves on a plate.
  6. Take a spoon full of the mixture and place it on each salad leaf.
  7. Beef in salad leaves are ready. Roll it and serve immediately.
