Instructions
  1. For preparing beef in thick coconut flavored gravy, heat the coconut oil in a non stick vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.
  2. Toss in the beef slices, tomato and garlic. SautT it on low flame for 10 minutes. Allow the beef to cook.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl mix coconut milk powder and water until smooth.
  4. In the same bowl add in the yogurt. Keep it aside.
  5. 5)Pour a little water in the beef and add in the soup cube, and lime juice. Allow it to simmer on low flame till the soup cube dissolves.
  6. Slowly pour in the yogurt mixture mixing it continuously.
  7. Then add in the pepper powder, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Allow it to simmer till the gravy becomes thick.
  8. Beef in thick coconut flavored gravy is ready. Serve hot with bread, rice etc.
