Instructions
  1. For preparing beef in tomato gravy, heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute onions till it becomes transparent on low flame.
  2. Then add in ginger-garlic paste and sautT for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Then add the tomato, curry leaves and green chillies. SautT on low flame till the tomatoes become mushy.
  4. Sprinkle in chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
  5. Then add in the tomatoe puree and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. Toss in the beef and potatoes with required water. Mix well and allow it to cook in a pressure cooker.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well and remove it from the flame.
  8. Beef in tomato gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, porota, etc.
