Instructions
  1. For preparing beef kebab, take a bowl and marinate the beef pieces with lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, meat masala, oil, pepper powder, soya sauce and red colouring over night in the fridge.
  2. Pierce each piece of marinated beef onto the skewer. Cook it under a hot grill for 5-6 minutes, turning it frequently, until it is cooked through.
  3. Beef kebab is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
