  1. first we have to cook beef using all the ingredients except onion.
  2. then allow it to get cool,then mince the beef using a mixer or grinder
  3. then heat a pan add oil in it and when it gets hot pour the beef mixture to it and allow to get deep fry .
  4. when it gets slightly fried add onion to it and sauté it well.
  5. when it gets fried nicely , off the flame and serve hot
