Instructions
  1. For preparing beef mince curry, heat oil in a pressure cooker and sautT in the onions till it becomes transparent.
  2. Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, cinnamon and cloves. SautT for 2 minutes on low flame.
  3. Sprinkle in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds and salt. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  4. Toss in the tomatoes and sautT till the oil separates.
  5. Pour in the tomato puree and mix it for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add in the beef mince and the potatoes. Mix it well, close the lid of the pressure cooker and allow it to cook.
  7. Once it is cooked garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Beef mince curry is ready. Serve hot with chapathi, bread, kaboos, etc.
