Instructions
  1. For preparing beef samosa, cook the beef pieces in a pressure cooker. Drain it and shred the beef. Keep it aside.
  2. In the same vessel heat oil and sautT onions, salt, green chilly and ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Stir in fennel powder, chilly powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Add the shredded beef, coriander leaves and lime juice. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Remove from heat.
  5. Knead a soft dough with maida and salt water. Divide into small balls.
  6. Roll out small chapatti`s and fold it into a triangle shape.
  7. Place the chicken mixture in the triangle shape.
  8. Apply water on the ends of the chapatti and secure them tightly on all sides. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
  9. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the samosa¦s until golden brown.
  10. Beef samosa`s are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
