Instructions
  1. For preparing beef spinach gravy, first grind together dry red chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and green chillies to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker and sautT onions till it becomes transparent.
  3. Sprinkle in the garam masala and sautT well.
  4. Toss in the beef, curry leaves, salt and the ground paste with a little water. Mix well, close it with the lid and allow it to cook.
  5. Then add in the spinach into the beef and allow it to cook.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder.
  7. Beef spinach gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, etc.
