  • Boneless beef(steaks) - 1/2k g
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp
  • Yogurt - 90 ml
  • Cream - 3 tbsp
  • Chicken soup cube - 1 no
  • Lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • garlic(grated) - 2 cloves
  • Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 4 springs
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing beef steaks with sauce, marinate the beef with soya sauce, mustard sauce, pepper powder and salt for 2 hours. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the beef steaks on low flame till it becomes tender. Cook it on both the sides 5 minutes each.
  3. Meanwhile mix the corn flour and water until smooth.
  4. Stir in the yogurt, lime juice and cream.
  5. In a shallow pan pour the yoghurt mixture and allow it to simmer.
  6. Add in the chicken soup cube, garlic, pepper powder and tomato. Allow it to simmer till it becomes thick. Sprinkle salt if required.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  8. Place the steaks on a large serving plate and pour the sauce over it.
  9. Beef steaks with sauce is ready. Serve immediately.
