Instructions
  1. For preparing beef vada, clean the beef and cut into cubes.
  2. Take a mixer and add beef, small onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger, black gram, grated coconut and salt. Grind it well.
  3. Add the crushed pepper corns into the beef mixture.
  4. Take a deep frying pan and heat oil on a medium flame.
  5. Take a spoon full of the beef mixture and fry it on both sides till it becomes brown.
  6. Beef vada is ready. Serve hot for breakfast or snacks.
