  • Steak fillet(cut into thin slices, Beef) – 500g
  • Mushrooms – 50g
  • Bamboo shoots – 50g
  • Onion(finely sliced, small) – 1no
  • Broccoli(broken into florets) – 500g
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Oyster sauce – 2tbsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Corn flour – 1tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1/2tbsp
  1. For preparing beef with oyster sauce, cook broccoli in water for 3 minutes. Drain and cool it. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir in the beef. Fry for sometime until beef pieces are almost done.
  3. Add in the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, onion, oyster sauce, sugar and soya sauce.
  4. Mix corn flour with a little water and stir it into the above mixture.
  5. Add in the sesame oil and mix well.
  6. Place the beef into a plate and decorate it with broccoli.
  7. Beef with oyster sauce is ready.
