  1. For preparing beer batter prawn fry, take a bowl and add in maida and egg. Pour in the beer slowly mixing it continuously to make a thick batter.
  2. Add in pepper powder and salt.
  3. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Remove the batter from the fridge and mix it.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  6. Dip the prawns into the batter and deep fry it in oil on low flame till it turns golden brown in colour.
  7. Serve it in a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
  8. Beer batter prawn fry is ready. Serve hot.
