Instructions
  1. For preparing beetroot puri, wash the beetroot with the skin and cook it in water with salt for 15 minutes.
  2. Then remove the skin and blend it till smooth.
  3. Take a vessel, add wheat powder, salt, beetroot puree and a little water.
  4. Mix it into a dough.
  5. Make small balls and keep it aside.
  6. Roll out each ball with a rolling pin.(instead of wheat powder for dusting use oil). Keep it aside.
  7. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the puri`s one by one on both the sides.
  8. Once done, remove it and place it in a plate lined with tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
  9. Betroot puri is ready. Serve hot with potato bajji.
