Ingredients
  • Idly Rice – 1cup
  • Urad dal – 1/5cup
  • Beetroot 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Jeera – 1tsp
  • Red chilly – 4
  • Ginger 1inch
  • Salt(As Reqd) –
  • Oil(As needed) –
Instructions
  1. Soak Rice and dal for 2 -3 hours and grind and keep aside.
  2. Grated beetroot and Chop tomato and keep all ingredients and grind it
  3. Add salt for grind batter and allow to ferment for half an hour.
  4. Make dosa in tawa and add little oil
  5. Serve with coconut chatney and pickle
