Instructions For preparing beetroot wine, boil the beetroot in water. Then cut it in small cubes. Add 1 liter water and boil it again for 10 minutes. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool completely. Strain it through a muslin cloth. Add in the juice of 2 lime and mix well. Pour this liquid into a brewing vessel and sprinkle dry yeast on top of it. Cover the mouth of the vessel with 2 layers of white cloth. Keep it in a warm place. After 15 days strain the clear solution into clean and dry bottles. Beetroot wine is ready. Use it after 2 months when the wine has matured.
