Instructions
  1. For preparing beetroot wine, boil the beetroot in water.
  2. Then cut it in small cubes.
  3. Add 1 liter water and boil it again for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool completely.
  5. Strain it through a muslin cloth.
  6. Add in the juice of 2 lime and mix well.
  7. Pour this liquid into a brewing vessel and sprinkle dry yeast on top of it.
  8. Cover the mouth of the vessel with 2 layers of white cloth. Keep it in a warm place.
  9. After 15 days strain the clear solution into clean and dry bottles.
  10. Beetroot wine is ready. Use it after 2 months when the wine has matured.
